Treatments

Booking an appointment

You can book an appointment with us by phone, email, through our website and through the Fresha booking system. Please see our contact and booking pages for ways you can contact and book with us.

Please ensure your hair is clean for your appointment unless advised otherwise by us.

 

Working Hours & Areas

You will find our hours and areas of work on our contact page, we do work from a home-based salon in Bristol mainly but will be happy to see if we can assist with mobile treatments too. Our address will be given, once an appointment has been made.

 

Cancellations

Any deposits paid to secure a treatment are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment date.

 

If your notice of cancellation is less then 48 hours then we will try our best to re-book the space if we can not then a cancellation charge may occur.

Payment & Deposits

BeautyBoo accepts cash, bank transfer and card payments for all treatments.

 

All payments must be settled at the end of the treatment(s) before you or we leave.

BeautyBoo reserves the right to request any payment upfront for any services or products.

 

​Consultations 

There is a fee for consultations which will be deducted from your total treatment cost when you book your appointment with us.

You must first book a consultation for a colour, cavitation, hair and eyelash extensions and for brow tint treatments without the consultation, you will not be booked in for the treatment.

Consultations can take between 15-30 minutes for hair extensions, colour services, cavitation, eyelash and brow treatments.

Bridal trials will take between 1-2 hours and are charged separately.

Please ensure your hair is clean for your consultation unless advised otherwise by us.

 

Pricing

All prices are correct as of the 18th June 2020.

 

If your hair is longer or thicker, there may be an additional fee which you will be advised accordingly during your consultation.

Mobile Appointments

If you smoke, please smoke before I arrive, but please not while I am visiting as I do not wish my equipment and clothes to smell of smoke as this is unpleasant for my next client to smell especially if they are not a smoker themselves.

If you have any pets please keep them out of the room where possible, this is due to health and safety and I cannot provide a great service if I am being interrupted by animals throughout the appointment.

Please keep the space where the treatment is taking place just for me and you and ask any other household members not to come into the room while you are having your treatment done, this is for health and safety reasons and if you have young children please arrange for someone to look after them during your appointment.

If I am providing you with a mobile service, please ensure I have somewhere to park near your home, if there is no parking available please let me know during your booking as my equipment can be very heavy.

If I am coming into your home to provide a treatment please ensure I have a clean and clear side to place my equipment on, this will prevent my equipment from becoming damaged and allow me to work more efficiently. 

 

I will bring all the equipment I need to complete your treatment apart from towels, if you are having a colour please provide an old clean towel for us to use during your appointment.

A travel fee will be added to your treatment to cover the expenses for us to come to you, the amount will be confirmed and payment arranged during your treatment booking. The fee amount will depend on your location.

Refunds;

All refunds for treatments will be processed within 14 working days from the date of the agreement.

 

All deposits paid to secure treatment dates and/or for a wedding date are non-refundable.
